Site Logistics Technician - Hsin Chu

This role is to provide the coordination and oversight within the warehouse forklift crew and collaboration with cross functionally to ensure the smooth operations for daily RM and FG loading & unloading process with minimized interruption and align with site EHS, quality and productivity goal & expectations

1. Daily finish good shipment arrangement for both FCL and LCL by coworking with logistic and quality colleagues
2. Daily finish products warehousing process in compliance with EHS and quality expectations
3. Ensure the stock and inventory balance to avoid any discrepancy  
4. Actively initiatives with workable solutions for workplace/work process streamlining, like storage space maxing and storage bin streamlining      
5. Container arrangement for FG (LCL & FCL) shipping, on site truck management 
6. SAP and documentation operation and management  

• Education:
• Vocational school or college diploma as a minimum of professional training

• Experience: (range of years  and type of experience)
• 3 years at Manufacturing industry field

• Communication: (verbal, written, instructional etc )
• Clear oral expression and essential writing skill in Chinese
• English ability as preference

Special skills and Background Experiences:

1. Forklift license, relevant operation certificates per local regulatory requirement such as First aid trained …etc.

2. Familiar with warehouse workflow and work process
3. Minimum 3 years in equivalent chemical plant/production or warehouse experience
4. Familiar with MS, SAP, WMS
5. Support duties during weekends when necessary (2-3 days/month)
