As a Sr. Lab Technologist – Color Matching area who provides the compounding and Injection molding skills to support the color matching requests from vary customers, also on different polymers matrix. The operation of spectrometers in different types based on SOP also is the key activities in daily tasks with color specialist. Depending on your
experience, you perform minor maintenance tasks, and make modifications and improvements to the equipment. You will handle a diverse set of raw materials, especially different colorants, and understand how to handle them in safe manner; You closely collaborate with your colleagues in the compounding team, production team (IPQC), as well as our Technical Service & Development team. You perform all the work in accordance with our EHS rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

- Support color matching request - compounding and injection molding
- Coordinate EH&S programs
- Support color matching of production scale with IPQC

Qualifications

Preferably a college or bachelor’s degree a technical direction such as mechanical engineering,
materials manufacturing and processing, polymer engineering, or equivalent field.
compounding and Injection molding that you have operational responsibilities and will be
working on making polymer-based formulations, also operate the equipment of color matching
process, like spectrometer…, also excellence knowledge of colorants
