About role:

The Office professional will provide professional support to the Binders plant on the follow items.

Responsibilities

  1. General clerical work and office administration tasks
  2. Coordinate between the Production Leader and the staffs
  3. Car/Canteen/Stationery/Office printer/Conference room and Office Space management
  4. Maintain company document and records in physical form and digital form.
  5. Maintain sharepoint/Enablon/Edocs, prepare data for analysis and generate reports.
  6. IT support to staffs to resolve IT issues and access management, new hires access setup
  7. General office upkeep.
  8. Receive visitors and make logistics arrangement
  9. Support plant/project deliverables such as purchase order issue and follow up payment.
  10. Basic accounting tasks such as tracking spending vs budget
  11. Prepare government documents and interface with government during the approval process for company certifications
  12. Other office administration duties as assigned by supervisor
  13. Interface with finance for employees’ mobile cost
  14. Office consumables cost control and analysis
  15. Plant library management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience
  • Self-initiative.
  • College or above.
  • Good English skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent computer skills in Power Point, Excel and SAP
