About Role:

The job sought here is a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role to be responsible for whole ordering process of orders, interfacing with customers, sellers and all internal parties to ensure internal/external satisfaction in support of business objectives. The individual will report to Asia Pacific Customer Service Leader.

Responsibilities

1. Process and manage customer's orders in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines, function's performance standard and business rules with competence in Diamond system
2. Track order status of overall order process with highlights in shipment/delivery of the right products, and documents follow up for smooth delivery of products to customers.
3. Take initiative and Work closely with Internal parties to solve problem at each stage of pre-order entry, order entry, post order entry and coordination of supply chain activities.
4. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with relevant business and functional groups through excellent communication skills.
5. Acquire knowledge on the products and markets for quality order handling and effective customer interface
6. Handle incoming enquiries as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner.

Qualifications

1. The most appropriate minimum education for this position is a Bachelor degree.
2. Related Customer Service working experience in Chemical Industry Company with International trade knowledge.
3. Solid Communication (verbal and written) in English, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills.
4. Possess the confidence and ability to proactively address customer issues, business requirements and identify areas for improving profitability and 'making it easier to do business’
5. Must have strong, mature teamwork skills and a good team player.
6. The ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing both customer and company requirements while acting in a professional manner.
7. Comply with internal and external control requirements.
8. Be able to stay organized, calm and constructive under high stress.
