Responsibilities

Pricing & Data analysis:

  • Take full responsibility to calculate ABS, PC/ABS, PMMA price
  • Provide data analysis by using Data warehouse, Qlik report
  • Take ownership to manage pricing share point & documentation for internal & external audit

Industry comprehension:

  • Supports to determine the strategy for PMMA in the APAC region in alignment with APAC Product Manager, through deep understanding of the PMMA Industry and TSE capabilities
  • Full mastery of dynamics influencing offer demand and sharing knowledge with various internal business stakeholders to create alignment

Execution:

  • Implementation the PMMA strategies and initiatives
  • Cooperate with supporting functions to achieve smooth operation among APAC’s businesses and overall Trinseo

Qualifications

  • University degree in a corresponding field
  • 3~5 years in either commercial, operational, technical roles in Polymers or in the Chemical Industry
  • Good business acumen, commercial and leadership skill. Understanding of the financials, especially P&L, cash flow, working capital, business/investment cases. Understanding of operations (manufacturing, supply chain, etc.).
  • Good communication and presentation skills. Structured thinker, ability to take decisions and solve problems
