About role:

The Office Administrator will provide professional support to the plant and site.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administrative works as required and clerical duties as well
  • Provide secretarial support
  • Consolidate time sheets and check all the data for ensuring all data is accurate and submit to Payroll Department for payroll processing
  • Coordinate all relevant parties and ensure all the administrative needs are being met
  • Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Working location at manufacturing plant in Tsing Yi

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience
  • Self-initiative.
  • College or above.
  • Good English skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent computer skills in Power Point, Excel and SAP
