Overview

The Office professional will be the key member to make entire Sales process go smoothly with responsibility to support the function from data summary and collection interfacing with customers, to market investigation and review with proper market intelligence, establishing strong trust and reliability from Sales.(In that the requirement to communicate with internal and external customer is getting increased as the business extension in Plastic and battery, more R&R of the office professional is required, including general affairs and administrative jobs for one location-office as basic.)
 
 
 
This office professional will be considered as a team of sales, but 30% of the job will be dedicated to other office workers. He / she will manage the relations with all sales counterparts as well as other EEs in the office.
 
 

Responsibilities

Handle routine and non-routine administrative tasks with little direction from supervisor.
 
·       Provide Office Manager Duties by coordinating work load between Site Office Professional and other Office Professional role(s).
 
·       Gather department data and prepare routine reports utilizing various software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).  Design and maintain spreadsheets and databases for communicating between teams.
 
·       Perform general administrative tasks including mail, records and file maintenance, travel coordination, procurement of office supplies and manage site e-mail distribution lists.  Serve as focal point and resource for computer software, office tools, telephones and phone mail.
 
·       Provide support for new member on-boarding process and department transfers (i.e.: manage organizational charts, distribution lists, computer registration, employee ID's, etc.).
 
·        Schedule and coordinate internal and external events (service recognition, plant recognition,  community event, etc.)              

Qualifications

College Diploma or equivalent with 2 or more years of experience in an Administrative Support role is required. 
 
Associates Degree with focus on Administrative and Office Professional related field preferred.
 
Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
 
Interpersonal skills such as maturity, confidence, tact, diplomacy, a professional work ethic and judgment are critical.
 
Good communication skills with ability to interface well with wide variety of people of all levels within and outside the Company.
 
Ability to operate independently and to take the initiative in accomplishing job responsibilities.
 
Good project management skills.
 
Positive attitude, with an open-minded approach to learning.
 
Willing to learn new systems as required by the job is essential.
 
Proactive approach in planning for various needs and requirements of work group - including an awareness of the responsibilities of group members.
 
Service-oriented and show attention to detail to produce quality results and assure dependability.
 
Strong written & verbal communication, organizational and file management skills are necessary for this position.
