Responsibilities

• Support lab activities for SB/SA latex properties test and relative binder application development according to different market (PSA, textile adhesive, cementitious, waterproof coating. etc. )-focusing on Asia Pacific. - 55%
• Work closely with Asian & European & North American team to solve customer issues to improve satisfaction. - 5%
• Provide technical guidance to production to ensure high product quality, and document management. - 5%
• upport new technology customization and commercialization together with commercial team. - 10%
• Support new business development from technical regards together with commercial team. - 10%
• Lab maintenance: Keep lab operation well-organized and tidy, well documentation - 10%
• EHS: Act within the EHS regulations - 5%

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor
Minimum Experience (years and type): Above 3 years work experience are preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Coating/adhesive lab experience or similar chemical background.
- Quick learner.
- High sense of responsibility and safety consciousness.
- Strong operational ability.
- Strong communication skill.
