Overview

As the growth of Trinseo Performance Plastics in Asia, we need to have very skilled technicians to support the development of differentiated products, share the documentation work (third party certifications and Industrial standard certification and maintenance (ISO 9001, TS 16949 and ISO 10485 etc) from engineers. Then we need to have a senior position in technologist family to take care that role.

Responsibilities

 

The Analytical Technician will be based in Hsinchu , Taiwan

 

Focusing within a Hsinchu plant laboratories this role will:

 

  • Perform non-routine and routine fabrication operations, like compounding, Injection molding and etc. (執行非例行性與例行性加工操作, 如押出與射出機作業等)
  • Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated as required by our quality management system. (確保實驗室設備依照品質管理系統之要求，進行維護與校正)
  • Write procedures for the use of laboratory equipment and train plant personnel on these tasks. (編寫實驗室設備操作規範，並針對相關人員進行任務培訓)
  • Implement and verify performance of new equipment. (執行新設備的導入與性能驗證)

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Required (to quality for position): Bachelor degree in Science or related subjects (preferably chemistry, engineering, chemical technology, etc.))
• Minimum Experience (to quality for position): stated in range of years and type of experience 2-3 yrs
• Understanding of quality systems and use of laboratory equipment involved in polymer fabrication and analysis
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (流利中文與英文)
