Overview

This role is to keep the production running smoothly as per production work process for routine tasks in a safe, effective and efficiency manner.
 
• Sticks on Operation Plant work Process (OPWP) to minimize interruption in daily operation for sound EHS, productivity and quality
• Operation of Extruder, mixer, feeder and relative equipment
• Ensure all equipment running with correct production parameters and condition, ultimately goal is meeting product quality spec. consistently
• Aligning with shift/production leading indicators to achieve overall production’s goals
• Resolve myself : Tackle unplanned event by following the troubleshooting guideline to get the deviation back on track with a timely manner
• Startup/Shutdwon : conduct the normal and emergent S/U , S/D as per plant procedure, practice and principle in a safe manner
• Immediate response: Take action to response to immediate response situation to ensure the situation being mitigated and the proper reporting being done as per procedure and the relevant information/data collected for further investigation
 

Responsibilities

1. Daily operation of mixing, extrusion or packaging process in line with operational standard in terms of EHS, quality and productivity
2. Good discipline in job performing as well as shift turnover, including the daily housekeeping activity
3. Immediately response and troubleshooting for unplanned events and feedback to supervisor in a timely manner
4. Be proactive to propose any improvement ideas for process or workplace streamline

Qualifications

• Education:
Vocational school or college diploma as a minimum of professional training
 Chemical engineering/chemistry background
 
• Experience: (range of years and type of experience)
 3 ~4 yrs at Manufacturing industry field
 chemical plant work environmental is a plus
 
• Communication: (verbal, written, instructional etc )
 Clear oral expression and essential writing skill in Chinese
 English ability as preferrence
