Overview

This position is responsible for General Affairs functions, including handling administrative formalities, regulatory compliance, general administration, government online reporting systems, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, and coordination of company events. The role also serves as the Security Coordinator, overseeing Security Plan implementation, site landscaping, and updating security procedures.

 

In addition, this position will collaborate closely with the EH&S team in managing EH&S government reporting systems, domestic waste management, maintaining Triple Zero achievement, P2K3 activities, employee medical check-ups report, and EH&S compliance initiatives, as well as supporting EH&S management system audits.

Responsibilities

General Affair:
  • Act as the owner of administrative areas, including the Security Building, Administration Building, and Site Canteen, to ensure site infrastructure is properly maintained and in good condition.
  • Manage and oversee site cleanliness programs by arranging schedules, manpower allocation, inspections, targets, and audits in coordination with the Gardener and Office Boy teams.
  • Coordinate and drive the implementation of the 5S + 1S program across the site (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain + Safety) to support operational excellence and workplace safety.
  • Coordinate domestic waste management activities, including segregation of organic and inorganic waste such as plastics, cardboard, metal, and paper, while maintaining strong collaboration with local community waste banks.
  • Manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives through communication and coordination with local CSR clubs, village organizations, media, NGOs (LSM), universities, and scholarship programs, including community development and donation activities.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, maintain content for TV communication programs, and coordinate company events such as Open Day and Volunteer Day, while supporting other company activities under T-SRAC.
  • Maintain government relations through communication and coordination with relevant authorities, including responsibility for government portal reporting such as SIINAS and SOS, and representing the company at government seminars related to General Affairs activities.
  • Support company branding initiatives by maintaining media publications, updating company information, and supporting communication content for Trinseo Arrow Net.
  • Coordinate the implementation of general security management in close collaboration with the Chief Security Officer, including reviewing security procedures, enhancing site security systems, and maintaining security records management.
  • Support the review and update of company legal and compliance documentation using ENHESA system to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide technical support for outsourcing management activities and vendor coordination.

EH&S

  • Responsible for supporting EH&S compliance initiatives to achieve Zero Accident performance and maintain Trinseo Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR) targets, including monthly absence data checks, quarterly reporting to the government and Trinseo, and participation in compliance audits.
  • Create and manage compliance tasks within the Enablon system for permits and licenses to ensure all records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor daily compliance activities in Enablon, including tracking action items and following up on any outstanding issues or non-compliance findings.
  • Manage and follow up on ENHESA compliance requirements, including SLF/IMB, permits, and licenses, to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
  • Prepare and coordinate government reporting related to EH&S activities, including P2K3, Zero Accident, medical check-ups, and other EH&S regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Participate in monthly APAC EH&S meetings and support regional EH&S coordination and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

Education : Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree majoring EH&S or or Industrial Engineering discipline
Experience : At least 3 ~ 5 years of experience from manufacturing operations
 
Knowledge, Skills & Ability :
  • General Affair Management, Security Management , Outsourcing Management, Formalities, compliance, CSR & Community relation 
  • Proficient & enhance in general or specific EH&S knowledge & skills.
  • Familiar with ISO QMS 9001 & EMS 14001, SMK3, Responsible Care Verification
  • Good communication skills & Fluent in English
